All CoralProps orders are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight service. You will receive an email the day your order ships, with the Fedex tracking number, to enable you to make arrangements to receive your package(s). We personally deliver the package(s) to the Fedex facility at the Spokane airport. This is to reduce shipping time and stress for the species as much as possible. On the day of delivery we strongly advise that someone is available at the time of delivery to prevent the corals from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures. Our guarantee will be void in the event no one is available on the 1st delivery attempt. The package(s) must be accepted even if the shipment arrives late or arrives damaged. Please contact us ASAP in case that happens.
•For orders of $198 or less the shipping cost is $32.50 •For orders of $199 or more the shipping cost is free! •Saturday delivery is an additional $12.50

•We ship only to the 48 continental United States. •Orders submitted before 7 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Please note that we don’t ship out on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you to verify your preferred delivery date. See table below for shipping and delivery days. •A great option that we recommend is having your shipment held at the local Fedex staffed center/office; this reduces the shipping stress of your corals. You will be able to pick up your shipment by 9AM or earlier.
