All corals and clams shipped by CoralProps are healthy and in good condition. All of our frags are propagated weeks or months before shipping. Our reef-collected corals and clams have been quarantined for at least 2 weeks, treated and inspected before we put them on our website for sale.
We guarantee that our corals and clams arrive live and healthy. If a coral we ship dies within 14 days, we issue (only) a store credit to be used for a future order. In case of a loss please place the deceased coral or clam, sprinkled with a small amount of table salt, in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You may contact us via phone: 509-994-5098 (leave a message after business hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST) or send an email to customerservice@coralprops.com. We require a digital photo of the dead coral or clam; if you cannot provide a digital photo, you will need to send the dead coral or clam to us. Further details will be provided to you when you contact us. We cannot issue credit for shipping cost.

Our WYSIWYG corals, clams and frags are unique one of a kind items sold on a first-come, first-served basis. •We are NOT a “chop shop”, we frag from our mother colonies which are growing in our on-site greenhouse. •If a credit is issued you can use it on your next order, no other types of credits or refunds will be issued. •If a package is delayed you must accept it in order for us to credit any losses. Failure to accept a package voids our guarantee. Please make arrangements for someone to be present on the day and time of arrival. Our guarantee is void if your package is not accepted on the first delivery attempt. •We will send you an email on the day of shipping with the tracking number. •A great option that we recommend is having your shipment held at the local Fedex staffed center/office; this reduces the shipping stress of your corals. You will be able to pick up your shipment by 9AM or earlier. Our environment for photos is our greenhouse, which during the summer has a blue shade net over it. All photos are taken under natural daylight plus some extra 10K and blue lighting (true actinic, blue plus and Aquablue special). •All the photos are taken with a SLR with a macro lens. No touchups (except cropping) with photo software are ever made. The watermark is generated automatically when we convert the picture to a smaller size photo in order to prepare it for the web. •Acclimation instructions will be included with every order, please follow them carefully for the best health of your corals. •We recommended that all your new corals be quarantined before adding them to your display tank. We quarantine and treat all our new corals but we still recommend that you do the same. •There is NO RETURN policy for any of our products •We only ship to the 48 continental states •Please contact us in case there are problems or if you are not happy with the shipment.
